At Samkhya Corporate Services Private Limited, we are deeply committed to providing professional, high-quality accounting, financial, and secretarial services. We take great pride in our work and continually strive to ensure our clients’ satisfaction. While we make every effort to resolve any service-related issues, we understand that a refund policy is a critical part of our client relationship.


Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a limited refund for services requested within a strict 72-hour window from the moment your payment is successfully processed. To be considered for a refund, a formal, written application must be submitted to us within this specific timeframe.

Please note that all approved refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This fee helps us cover the immediate costs incurred after an order is placed, including the allocation of resources, operational team assignments, and preliminary work on your file.

Services that are purchased as part of a special promotion or limited-time offer are considered final and are not eligible for a refund. These services are offered at a unique value and are exempt from our standard refund policy.


Important Conditions & Service Limitations

We are dedicated to fulfilling our service obligations, but some factors are beyond our direct control. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

    • No Refunds for Government Delays: We will not issue a refund based on any delays caused by government agencies, official portals, or other external regulatory bodies. While we do our best to expedite all processes, government timelines are unpredictable and are not within our control.

    • Client Responsibility for Information: You are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information required for your service. We are not liable for any penalties, application rejections, or additional costs you may incur as a result of incorrect or incomplete data you have provided.

    • No Refunds for Deferred Services: Our commitment to a service begins at the time of your payment. If a task is deferred at your request and you later choose not to complete it, our obligation to perform the service remains, and a refund will not be issued.

    • Change of Service: Any request to change the service you have ordered is subject to the sole approval of Samkhya Corporate Services Private Limited.

    • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays or interruptions in service caused by unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government actions.


The Refund Process

To request a refund, you must send a written application with your transaction details, full name, and a detailed reason for the request to accounts@samkhya.ca. The final decision regarding the approval of any refund will be made at the sole discretion of Samkhya Corporate Services Private Limited, based on the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
