Samkhya Corporate Services Private Limited is committed to protecting your information and maintaining strict client confidentiality. This commitment is detailed in our Confidentiality Agreement, which applies to all our clients.
Our Commitment to You
- We will not share any of your information with third parties.
- We will not use your identity or brand for our marketing without your explicit, written consent.
- We will never use your name or details to market our services to other potential clients.
- We will not sell or disclose your information or our client list to third parties.
The Confidentiality Agreement
We understand that you may share sensitive information with us. To protect this information and comply with all applicable laws, we agree to the following:
The Confidential Information you disclose may include, but is not limited to, invention descriptions, proprietary ideas, trade secrets, financial projections, business plans, and customer lists. This applies even if the information is not specifically labeled as “Confidential” when you share it.
We will only disclose your confidential information internally to our directors, employees, and contractors who have a legitimate need to know it. We will not share this information with outside parties unless legally required to do so.
Exclusions
This agreement does not apply to any information that:
- We possessed before you shared it with us.
- Becomes public knowledge without any fault on our part.
- We receive from a third party who has no duty of confidentiality to you.
- Is disclosed to a third party by you or with your authorization.
- Is already in the public domain.
- We independently developed ourselves.
Additional Terms
This document represents the complete agreement between Samkhya Corporate Services Private Limited and our client concerning the disclosure of Confidential Information. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the agreement will remain fully in effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified only as necessary to allow the agreement as a whole to be enforced.
You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages we may suffer, directly or indirectly, due to your unauthorized activities as described above. Such actions may also lead to criminal or civil liability.
