Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a limited refund for services requested within a strict 72-hour window from the moment your payment is successfully processed. To be considered for a refund, a formal written application must be submitted to us within this timeframe.

All approved refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This helps us cover the immediate costs incurred after an order is placed, including the allocation of resources, operational team assignments, and preliminary work on your file.

Services purchased as part of a special promotion or limited-time offer are considered final and are not eligible for a refund.

Important Conditions & Service Limitations

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

• No refunds for government delays: We will not issue a refund for delays caused by government agencies, official portals, or other external regulatory bodies. Government timelines are unpredictable and are not within our control.
• Client responsibility for information: You are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information. We are not liable for penalties, application rejections, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete data you provide.
• No refunds for deferred services: Our commitment to a service begins at the time of your payment. If a task is deferred at your request and you later choose not to complete it, our obligation to perform remains, and a refund will not be issued.
• Change of service: Any request to change the service you have ordered is subject to the sole approval of Samkhya Corporate Services Private Limited.
• Force majeure: We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government actions.
